    This one is straightforward and effective. I highly recommend it. One thing could make it even better. It would be great to have the option to set exercise durations freely instead of sticking to a limited list. For example, 30 seconds feels way different than 45 seconds when fatigue sets in, and there’s nothing between 60 and 90 seconds. More options or a time-setting slider would really enhance the experience.

    This app is great! It lets you decide how long you want to work out. You can switch exercises if something feels too hard, but it still focuses on the same muscle group. Definitely worth downloading!
