A&W - Food delivery service

You know, the app used to be good when I first got it. It was fine and I ordered a few times without any issues. But now, when I try to open the app, it just keeps loading endlessly. So, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. When I tried to log in again, after entering my details and hitting "log in", nothing happened. It seems like it's trying to do something, but there's no error message or any indication of what's wrong. And ever since they started adding coupons to the app, which is a great idea by the way, it just hasn't been working. I really like A&W, but this situation is pretty tough.

This app is amazing! You can pick up your order right away without any waiting time. It even notifies you when they start preparing your order and when it's almost ready. Such a convenient feature! 👍

The problem has been fixed, so big shoutout to the developers. I've now raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars because although the app is functional, time-limited items like the '56 burger are missing. Here is my initial review: The new design looks nice, however, the email verification and password reset do not function properly unless Chrome is your default browser. It is quite frustrating that the developers missed this issue.

The app used to work well before but then it stopped for a while. Things weren't loading and restaurants weren't taking mobile orders. After updating it to version 8.1.1, I couldn't log in like some other people mentioned. Trying to reset my password just took me back to the homepage. I decided to order without logging in, but even though the app said it went through and confirmed my order, the restaurant never got it.

It's easy to navigate this website, as it's arranged just the way you think as a customer. The pictures match each section perfectly, making it simple to understand how to place an order without missing anything. The staff at the store are also well-prepared and knowledgeable about fulfilling orders. Great job! Amazing!

Oh no! The menu items keep disappearing on the app. I've been using it for a year now, sometimes on and off. I try to keep calm, but this is really frustrating me. Food options that were there recently suddenly vanish. It forces us to order at the counter instead of using the convenience of mobile ordering. We end up ordering what seemed to be "unavailable" on the app at the counter, yet everything is fine in person. Seriously, what's going on with the A&w app team? And yes, I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didn't solve the problem.

The app completely stopped working, even after I tried downloading it again. An update was suggested: uninstall and reinstall the app to get the new update. It seems like a better idea to remove the app from the store while it's not working, but that didn't happen. It would have been less frustrating for customers. I've lost trust in this app multiple times.

Sure, one good way to enhance this would be by adding a brief explanation on how to collect your order once you've placed it. Other than that, the system is quite user-friendly.
