    I downloaded this app to convert some pictures to JPG. It didn’t work at all. They bombarded me with ads. The app claimed to convert my images, but the files still aren’t accepted by platforms that only take JPG or PNG. It’s frustrating.

    Everywhere you look, it’s ads. Crazy amount of ads. Can’t even find the option to convert PDF to PNG. Just a big no. We get that free versions have ads. There’s a line. This crosses it. More than double the ads compared to actual conversions. It feels like watching ads nonstop.

    This app costs money and isn't user-friendly. If it’s a paid app, even with a trial, that information should be front and center in the description. No excuses. Advertise all you want but don't act like it's free. The process to convert a PDF file is frustrating. I select .pdf files and get a message saying no files found. If I have to navigate your confusing system just to find my file, that’s an automatic one-star rating for ease of use. It’s disappointing. These issues shouldn't happen.
