It was a huge disappointment. I registered for the ticketless service, thinking it would make parking easy. When I arrived at the garage, nothing happened. The gate just wouldn't open, despite trying multiple times. My car is new and my license plate is clear. I talked to the operator, hoping for a solution. Instead, they told me that even with empty spaces available, I had to get a regular ticket. It felt like a scam aimed at tourists. I showed up prepared, only to find that the price was double what I expected. Frustrating experience all around.

This app has great potential. It feels a bit clunky at times, not the easiest to navigate. The biggest frustration comes with notifications for expiring tickets. Missing those can cause unnecessary stress. Plus, the inability to simply extend purchased tickets is another letdown. Those features seem essential for a parking app. They could really improve the overall experience.

This app was a complete disaster for us! It messed up our GPS coordinates, and we ended up paying for parking in the wrong zone. When we reached out to support, they quickly blamed us instead of helping. No follow-up, no solutions. I can't recommend this app at all. If you want to avoid fines, steer clear of this one!

The transaction happened at 16:51. The app recorded the parking start time when I clicked purchase at 16:36. Time needs to align. Fingers crossed for Zagreb. The app has potential.

Super easy to use! You can pay with a foreign card without any issues. Even Revolut works perfectly here!

PayDo relies on a default setup from the Corvus Pay gateway. This setup enforces 3D Secure for all MasterCard transactions. Now, Revolut takes a different approach with its virtual MasterCards. They do not apply 3DS, which causes issues with initial verification transactions of 1 kn. It looks like there was a time when this process worked smoothly for Revolut. Currently, 3DS stands in between, creating obstacles for registration and transactions.

The parking app is fast and user-friendly. It sends helpful notifications when your parking time is about to expire. Definitely makes parking easier!
